How to Apply

  1. Create an account and provide your info

    This section includes your name, contact information, and other identifying information.

  2. Select your contract term, floorplan and optional roommates

    Including roommates' contact information will help us provide your requested assignments.

  3. Choose a financial requirements method, then sign and pay the application fee

    Select one of the options for a guarantor or other requirement, sign your application electronically and pay the application fee. Please note that signing your application does not guarantee a space.

Next, we will complete a background screening and send you the Housing Agreement to reserve your spot when mutually signed. The Administrative Fee, if already paid, will be refunded if a Housing Agreement is not approved.
